A Patient Benefits Advocate will be available to assist your with healthcare applications, forms and answer questions.
What We Do:
Although CBN Health Center is not health insurance, we provide many services for your health care needs. There may be times when you need certain care that CBNHC does not provide in house. When you have insurance you can still get care from your IHS, Tribal, or Urban Health Provider as well as most other Health Care facilities.
